The Process
Inground Pool

1. Site Preparation

Excavation: The area is carefully measured and excavated to match the desired pool shape and depth.

Leveling: The ground is leveled and compacted, ready for the steel structure.

2. Installation of Wall Braces

Positioning:  Steel braces are installed around the perimeter, marking where each panel will be anchored.

Anchoring: These braces are either bolted into the base  slab or secured using rebar and concrete footings.

3. Thermal Insulation:

Installation: High-density insulation foam is applied to the exterior of the steel walls before backfilling, helping the pool retain heat and reduce energy costs.

4. Concrete Foundation and Reinforcement

Base Slab Pour: A reinforced concrete slab is poured within the installed steel wall structure to form the pool floor. This anchors the walls securely from the base up.

Wall Reinforcement: Concrete is poured behind the steel walls, fully encasing the base of each panel and locking the entire structure in place. This provides critical structural strength and long-term stability.

5. Liner Installation

Custom Fit: The Aqualux vinyl liner, custom-made to the pool’s exact dimensions, is carefully installed and vacuum-sealed to the structure. As the pool fills with water, the liner is pulled tightly against the walls and floor, ensuring a smooth, wrinkle-free finish and a perfect fit.
